Our ongoing projects are what we are working on throughout the year to help meet the needs of the students and coaches. We are constantly looking for donations and volunteers. If you would like to help in any of these areas, plese reachout. We absolutley cannot do it without the support of people like you.
Beautification Projects
We hold two clean up/beautification projects a year. We work with students on beautifing the areas around our school and sports facilities.
These projects include picking up the garbage that accumulates around the school and stadium. Weeding, raking, pruning, planting flowers, etc. Some times it may include scrapping and repainting a structure, building planters, or laying pavers. We will be working alongside the kids to show them techniques and teach them the skills needed to empower them to be able to do these things on their own. We are always looking for more volunteers. The more hands we have the greater the reach. Please contact us if you are interested in being a part of the clean up and beautification crew. Projects are May/June and then again August/September.
Shoe/Cleat Drives
Our shoe/cleat drive is focused on empowering student athletes to achieve their best on the field/court. We work towards building a community that values the importance of making sure our atheletes feel confident, safe and prepared to compete.
We want to make sure all our athletes have the proper footwear to allow them to play at their full potentiel, safely and comfortably. This drive allows us to collect gently used and new footwear for kids in need. This gives them that boost of self esteem and the confidence in knowing they are better prepared to take on the competition.
If you have a pair of gently used tennis shoes, cleats, or track spike we are always looking for all sizes, genders and sports. Please reach out!
Scarlet Dreams
Scarlet Dreams is our scholoarship program that can help cover the cost of fees associated with academic, club, or athletic tournaments, and competitions.
Students who will face financial hardship covering these costs can apply through our Scarlet Dreams scholarship program. Students can grab a form from Kim in the Athletics office and return to us by email at scarletprideinfo@gmail.com or to our mailbox in the office.
Game Closet
Our game closet is aimed at helping Coaches create a fun team bonding experience for the kids. We seek to cultivate a sense of belonging, pride, and camaraderie among the teams.
We offer a variety of games that Coaches can check out to use for team building nights or community outreach events. We hope this allows them an opportunity to foster a sense of fun and belonging within the team.

Snack Drive
Our snack drive is an ongoing collection of drinks, snacks or monatary donations to purchase nutrious snacks to fuel and nourish our student athletes.
Our athletes are often times coming before school for morning workouts and then staying after school for practices or games. This does not allow for much time to get a meal in between. The Coaches are always fundraising for donations of team meals. We also want to help make sure our kids are properly nourished by providing what we can to help. We seek donations of granola bars, protein bars, trailmix, nuts, beef jerky waters, fruit, gatorades, etc. If you would like to donate, please reach out.

Merchandise Sales
Scarlet Pride's main focus is to foster a sense of community and pride within East High School. We offer merchandise to help spread that School Spirit!
Ten percent of funds raised from our merchandise sales goes into our Scarlet Dreams fund. If you are looking to show off your school spirit, reach out to see what we have in stock or when we will be setting up shop. You can also check out our vendor sites.
